A new Pella entry door set into a prepared and flashed opening. Slab, frame, threshold and hardware were aligned and sealed tight against Puget Sound wind, rain and winter drafts.
Pella Lifestyle Series wood windows installed alongside a door opening rebuilt to new dimensions. Framing, headers, flashing and threshold detail were all redone before the units went in.
A complete window and door package for a single Kirkland home. Every opening was measured, sealed with flashing and weather barriers, then finished with matching interior trim.
Openings were reframed for a wide bifold door and new Pella 250 Series windows. Headers, structural support, flashing and trim were all rebuilt to turn a closed wall into a glass one.
