About Cascade View Construction, a Kirkland window & door contractor
Cascade View Construction is a Kirkland-based window and door contractor serving homeowners across Greater Seattle and the Puget Sound region. We help clients replace aging, drafty, or difficult-to-operate windows and exterior doors with products selected for the home, budget, and Northwest climate. Every project begins with a conversation about the problem you want to solve, followed by careful measurements and clear product guidance.
Our work centers on replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors. As a licensed general contractor, we can also review select remodeling or construction scopes when they fit our team's expertise. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all recommendation: material, glass package, operating style, security, privacy, and design all need to work together for the specific home.
Homeowners can choose from proven manufacturers and product lines, including Pella windows and doors and Milgard windows and patio doors. Cascade View Construction is a Pella Platinum Certified Contractor and an official Milgard partner. Those relationships support informed product selection, accurate ordering, and installation practices that protect the performance of the finished system.
From Kirkland, our team works throughout Seattle's Eastside and nearby Puget Sound communities. We focus on reliable communication, respectful jobsite care, and installation details that can be checked before a project is complete. An owner-led final review helps confirm that the work meets the agreed scope. If you are comparing a window company, door company, or installation contractor in Kirkland, we are ready to discuss the goals, timeline, and practical next steps for your home.
