Wood, Aluminum-clad exterior
Pella Impervia windows are made from Pella's proprietary Duracast® fiberglass — the material Pella rates as the strongest it uses in windows. They deliver the look of a painted wood window without the upkeep. Cascade View installs Impervia windows throughout Kirkland and Greater Seattle.

Why this collection
Duracast is a five-layer fiberglass composite reinforced with a patented interlocking mat. It resists warping, denting and UV damage year after year.
A factory powder-coat finish that meets the AAMA 624 standard for fiberglass coatings. Impervia windows never need repainting or refinishing.
Impervia windows are designed to resist water, wind and outside noise -
a strong fit for rainy Northwest seasons and busy streets.

The bottom sash opens while the top stays fixed — a simple, efficient option.

Sashes glide side to side. Ideal for wide openings and spaces with little clearance.
Frames and sashes are made from Duracast fiberglass composite with a durable factory powder-coat finish. Choose from five colors, including Black for a modern look. Optional grilles-between-the-glass add a classic divided-light style.

Fiberglass has low thermal conductivity, so Impervia frames help keep heat inside in winter. Pair them with Low-E insulating glass for better year-round comfort and lower energy bills. Most Impervia windows with Low-E glass meet ENERGY STAR® guidelines.
Impervia casement windows feature Pella's Easy-Slide Operator: slide a lever to open the window instead of cranking. Large operable casements go up to 37-1/2" × 79-1/2", and fixed units up to 71-1/2" × 79-1/2".
Pella's proprietary fiberglass is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, plus 20 years on insulating glass and 10 years on the product. See pella.com/warranty for details.
